Chapter I: New Year

He would always let the days pass by. He would always continue. It was time to feel lonely again. 3 years, and no sight of her. What did he have to do? He had tried, and tried, but no-one would come. 1 year after the next, they wound on. It was the New Year again. She wasn't here, she wouldn't be. All the people celebrating, their lives winding away. He wished he could get to her. But he couldn't. Holly J was gone.

Okay, I know, that sucked. I just couldn't think of anything good to write for my first chapter (better ones to come, I swear!). This was written about Declan, and his troubles getting Holly J back, if you didn't get it. So, R&R, more to come!
