Today was Valentine's Day. As Hermione woke up from her slumber, she was greeted by the sight of a school owl with a note attached to its leg.

After reading the note with a slight smile, a parcel arrived, courtesy of another school owl.
'I wonder what this could be,' the girl mused in her head. As she opened to package, she found a bouquet of eleven silver roses with one, the biggest coloured a Gryffindor Red, in the center.
As she picked up the bouquet, another note had fallen out.
"If you stand in front of a mirror with a dozen roses, you'll find thirteen of the most beautiful things in the world."
Knowing what was implied, Hermione couldn't help but smile as she stood in front of her mirror with the roses in hand.
