"Vital Testing Aparatus destroyed."
She smirks as another camera falls to the ground, the cluttering sound of metal hitting metal resounding in the test chamber.
She knows, there is little she can do, and maybe even this is useless, but it gives her an unbelievable feeling of succeed -triumph even - to rid GLaDOS of her eyeside.
She turns around, her eyes scanning walls and ceiling until she spots another camera in the corner.
This one is tricky, she thinks, but then again, by now she has had more than enough practice at placin portals at just the right spot for her to succeed.
So it isn't really much of a surprise when the next camera falls down as well, joining her sisters on the floor. She gives the now usesless object a dirty look, before she ventures forward, a quick jump through a new portal taking her to the other side of the room.
"Excelent. Please proceede to the chamberlock."
Even though she hates taking orders from that annoying computer voice, she intends to do just that, hoping that maybe, just maybe, the next test will be the last one.
She has almost passed the Emanicipation Grill and ready to step into the elevator, when she hears that whizzing behing her. She freezes for a second, then she spins around, aiming her gun forward, looking right into the lens of another security camera across the room.
She aims, pulls the trigger and a second later another portal opens behind the camera, this one falling down as well.
"To ensure the safe performance of all authorized activities, do not destroy vital testing apparatus."
She snorts. 'Like hell I won't.'
She turns around and steps through the Emanicipation Grill, by now ignoring the weird tingling it causes in her body.
Just before she enters the elevator, GLaDOS decides to speak to her again.
"You know. Your effort is really appreciated."
She frowns.
"But I can still see you...Chell."
