A/N: I wrote this for a luna lovegood fanfic contest, (I lost, tear) but decided to post it here anyway. My friend, Princessleiaskywalker10 (who you should read!) has been pushing me to do this for some time now, so this is for you, Leia!
Anyhoo. . . on with the show!

I was sweating despite the frigid climate around me. I wasrunning as fast as my legs would allow. We were in Sweden at the time, hunting down the Crumple-Horned Snorkacks. People ridiculed me when I told them, but I knew. My Father, the editor of the Quibbler, had received mail with similar salutations when he wrote an article about them revealing the truth in the Quibbler. No one wanted to believe me, but I knew. I knew that it was true.
It was a brilliant discoverey, despite the fact that I am now soaked in sweat and the local temperature is about -20°. We were in hot pursuit of the animal. It seemed to move faster than we could push ourselves to run, that the faster we ran, the farther ahead it became. We had named him, assuming it was male, Prometheus.
"Why name him after a Greek trajedy?" I had asked my father.
"Because it's a trajedy that no one believed us about him. It's also a trajedy that he was so hard to find."
He had been right.
We had been searching for Prometheus for about a month. We found him in a cave at the top of the highest mountain in Sweden. We hadn't spotted him at first, because he has the power to make himself invisible. Luckily, when my dad lit his wand tip, it scared him enough to come out of hiding and start running away from us. We followed him, and now I am currently drenched in sweat. That didn't bother me though, because I knew.
I knew.
