back in time...
"will I ever see you again?"

flash back...
" my shoe! ugh! somebody help!" i helplessly flailed my arms around, hoping that someone will save me.
but then i thought for a second that someone was carrying me towards my pink shoe.
"oh!" i gasped as i realized i was back to safety.
"chihiro! where are you honey?"
"mommy! daddy! my shoe fell into the river and i went to get it, i almost drowned but someone or something was carrying me towards my shoe." i cried with one breath, i was safe...
5 years later...
"mom! can u drive me and my friends to the mall?"
"sorry honey, im busy today, maybe next time."
"oh... why do u always to that to me? its not fair!"
"chihiro, look at you,you're 15, get a grip on reality!"
i stomp up the stairs, into my room and slam the door. its been 5 years since i saw haku... he promised he would see me again, i miss him terribly.
'haku... where are you?'
once again im bent over in pain as the thought of Haku never coming crossed my mind for a split second. its never gunna stop... why me why?
if only he was here... just for 2 minutes, i would be truly happy...
suddenly a bright light appeared in front of me, i covered my eyes so it won't blind me.
Then out from the light stepped Zeniba...
"Granny! i missed you!" i screamed as she wraped me in a big bear hug.
"my dear chihiro... you've grown so big!" she gave me a envelope with something inside it.
"go ahead, open it chihiro."
i opened it and found haku's eyes staring at me , only a picture... i guess thats the most i could get...
"chihiro, i have something to tell you... please dont be sad and dont scream."
"what is it granny? tell me!"
chihiro, you remember haku right?"
"yes, what about him?"
"well, its only been 5 years since you last saw him but he got married a year after you left, it was a girl about the same age as you, she looks like you too, anyways, thats not my point. 2 years after he got married, he died, poisoned, some may say, but it was a fight with yanniba, my sister. im so sorry chihiro, i know he ment alot to you."
NO! i screamed mentally... how could this happen to haku?
"why? why? why?" i sobbed and cried. i felt granny's arm around my shoulders.
"there there child, your going to be fine. i know its hard now but you're going to get over it." zeniba's words were like knives that stabbed me.
"oh dear! i have to go, sorry chihiro, stay strong my grand daughter." granny bid me farewell and dissapered into the bright light.
i sank to my knees and curled up into a ball and started crying my eyes out. why? why?
the great spirit god of the river has died, 2 years ago, haku breathed his last breath and chihiro wasnt there to see him... the truth was, he was forced to marry the other girl, but his heart always stayed with chihiro all the way till the end...
