Alfred had been asleep for ages. He had no idea where he was.

He then awoke in pain, as he felt electricity surged through his body. Every muscle in his body went stiff with pain. Meanwhile, a loud voice came from every side of the room. "Wake up!"

"Welcome to Hetalia City Alfred." The voice said. Alfred continued to jitter, even after the electricity stopped. Suddenly, the microphone screeched, tearing apart Alfred's ears.

"How the hell did I get here…" Alfred thought.

Suddenly, a memories rang through Alfred's head. Nuclear war had happened. In the aftermath, a U.N. press conference was held. Every nation in the world was detained, to be replaced with a centralized world government. The nations were allowed to continue what they did best; tearing each other apart.

Alfred tried to break out of his chair, but iron bars were restraining him. He was currently in an electric chair, which seemed familiar. Of course, it was Old Sparky. Alfred tried to look around, only to find that his head had been restrained. Instead, all he could do was look at a giant T.V. screen. It was the latest model, but dirty and cracked.

Suddenly, a still picture of a manga-drawn Japanese man, who wore armor, and was holding a sword, appeared on the screen. The voiced boomed through the room. "You are here because of all the damage you have caused to the world."

Alfred coughed hard. "Who are you." he croaked.

"You started a fire. And it burned down the entire world. How can you think it wasn't your fault."

Alfred boiled with rage. "I said who are you!"

"All the suffering of the world has been caused by only one reason; difference."

Alfred desperately tried to break out. "Tell me now! Who-"

"For millennia, nationalism had divided the world. People shut each other out, threatened each other, or simply did not care, due to difference."

Alfred realized he was talking to a recording. But who was this strange man? Why was he here? What was he doing here?

Now, in this hellhole, you will finally see that for yourself." Suddenly, a squadron of Armored guards barged in the door. "Throw him in."

Alfred remembered a strong force, choking the air out of his neck after that. And nothing else.
