Alice Kingsleigh looked down off the edge of the ship taking her back to England recalling all her memories of the place she called wonderland. It had been three years since she was last there and as of late she had been having more and more dreams about underland and its inhabitants, as if something was calling her back. She looked up to the moonlit sky and a blue butterfly came and fluttered in front of her face for a moment before flying away. Alice sighed as she watched Absolem fly away. She walked back to her cabin and lay down on the bed, staring at the celling.

"I wish I was back in that world" she whispered before she closed her eyes and drifted off to sleep.

Almost as soon as she fell asleep she was woken by an unfamiliar voice

"Great another one" the voice said angrily

Alice opened her eyes to see a strange man looking down at her.

"Who are you?" he asked

"Alice Kingsleigh" she sat up and looked around "where am I, and who are you?" she asked.

"The name's Hoggle and you're in the underground, the labyrinth to be specific. I'm guessing you need to get to the center, reclaim what or whoever Jareth took from you"

Alice looked at the wall before her "who? And no one has taken anything of mine that I know of"

Hoggle looked at her "Jareth, he's the goblin king. He lives in the center of this labyrinth and if you're not here to reclaim something from him then why ya here?"

"I'm trying to figure that out myself, I've never had this dream before" she muttered

"Trust me little lady, you aint dreamin. I suggest you find your way back home, leave before Jareth finds you"

Alice stood "I don't know where my home is from here. How do I get into the labyrinth? Maybe this Jareth will know how to get me home" she said.

"I wouldn't suggest it but if ya must. You gets in through there" Hoggle said as he pointed to the now opening door.

"Thank you" Alice said as she walked into the door.

The door closed behind Alice as she walked in. she looked down both ways and started walking down the path on the right. She walked looking at her surroundings she noticed the moss on the walls staring at her; she continued to walk until she heard a small voice.

"ello"

Alice looked down to see a small blue worm sitting on a stone of the wall.

"hello, do you know how I can get to the center of the labyrinth?" she asked.

The worm nodded "just straight in front of you, if you go to the left it should take you straight there. I don't know why you'd want to go there though, come inside have some tea"

"Thank you but I can't right now" Alice said politely "I have things to do but maybe later"

Alice walked down the pathway. Her thoughts drifted to underland; this place seemed so similar yet so different, it had to be a dream. She continued to walk thinking to herself when she heard a voice.

"Hello Sarah, wait you're not Sarah"

Alice looked up to see a confused looking man sitting on the wall above.

"No I'm Alice, who are you?" she said with cautious curiosity

"I am the goblin king Jareth, and how might I ask did you get here" he demanded

"I don't know, I was going to ask you I fell asleep and woke up here." She paused. "do you by chance know of a place called underland?"

"Underland you say? I know of a few kingdoms that call this world underland" he thought for a moment "there is a meeting of the kingdoms in this world in a couple of days, I'll take you with me see if anyone recognizes you" Jareth said as he jumped off the wall and started walking towards his castle with Alice following behind.
