who am i going to the dance with? Lucy is probably going to ask Gray, Mira already asked Freed, Levy's got Gajeel. Erza maybe… No she is probably spending the night of the dance with Jellal. "hey Natsu, can i see your notes?" asked lucy "sure here" i said handing her my notes.
Gray p.o.v.
ok i have decided i will tell her after school today "Gray could you please read page 307a for us?" asked the teacher "yes sir"
After school
Lucy p.o.v.
"hey luce!" Gray snuck up behind me "eek" i yelped "hey calm down" he said while putting his hands on my shoulders
"hey lucy have you heard about the dance?" he asked me "no" i said shyly "well it is called the dance of flowers since it's spring and all and, it's girls ask guys."he said winking at me "oh" i said kind of teasingly "i know just who i am going to ask!"
"who!" he said kind of shocked "you'll be the first people find out tomorrow!" i joked with him "you are so mean!" "um Erza is right behind you" he turned around to look and i ran all the way home.
_ About 2 hours later
Mira p.o.v.
ok so Sting Lucy's older brother called me today and told me he wanted me to throw a surprise welcome home party for Lucy… so i did! i put together a C.D. of all the music Sting said Lucy liked, then I made punch, cookies, and cake (also bought some mt. dew). Then i called everybody to be at lucy's around 5:00 p.m.. so about 15 from now is the party! and i am super early :( i do not have a clue what to do! so right now i am adding the finishing touches on the cake i was planning on sneaking it in and finishing it there but oh well
15 min later
Lucy p.o.v.
i heard a knock on the door so i opened it and there everybody was all my friends! when i opened the door everyone shouted "WELCOME HOME" then Mira slipped and cake smeared all over me!
"Lucy i am so so so sorry!" "i already told you it's fine Mira!" "yo luce can i come in" i heard gray ask "no i am getting dressed" i replied while he started to move the door handle the door instantly closed again "ok, but can you hurry it is kinda hard to have a welcome home party without the person we are welcoming home!" "give me a minute Gray!"
2 min later "Ok" i said while leaving my room "let's get this party started… I have a microphone so Mira if you could play the song remember when!" the song started playing. "i'm sitting with an empty glass and a broken heart thinking to myself what have i done….
_ The next day
Gray p.o.v.
where are you lucy? i thought to myself
"hey Gray!" she snuck up behind me (and i jumped) "Lucy will you please tell me?" "i am about to ask him!" "Grrr" "Gray will you go to the dance of flowers with me?" she asked me
YES YES YES A MILLION TIMES YES i thought to myself "Of course Lucy!" i kissed her on the cheek
"yay" Erza congratulated us "hey lucy can i talk to you alone please" "sure" Lucy replied "be right back Gray" and they both ran off
Lucy p.o.v.
"So what do you want to talk about?" I asked Erza "do you remember Jellal?" She asked
"you mean the Jellal that killed my cat… on purpose!"i whisper shouted "ya about that he is really sorry and me and him are dating." "WHAT" i really shouted this time
"shhh lucy!" "sorry it is just a big shock but i can't wait till tomorrow to meet him again he was actually pretty nice! and the dance!"
