Disclaimer: I do not own Doctor Who, Rose, The Doctor, Antarctica (does anyone own Antarctica? I think it's public territory!), or anything else of any concern!

I said I'd write every day, and I did! I will write tomorrow again! I really like this story because I love Antarctica and want to go there so bad! While writing this I looked up Antarctica and learned it's melting though?! That scares me so much, so go green! Be good to the planet! For Antarctica!

Rose Tyler stepped out of the TARDIS into the cold. The seriously mind-blowing, brain-racking, bone-chilling cold. She shook, her teeth chattering even in her "extreme cold" coat made for explorers in very cold places.

"Wow," The Doctor said through his scarf, emerging from the TARDIS too. Rose giggled-the scarf looked silly wrapped around his face.

"Why are we here?" she asked, kicking her boot against the ice-covered ground. "Wait, where are we?"

The Doctor pointed in front of him towards the white and white and more white against the pale sky. There wasn't really even a horizon, just beautiful blinding white. "Guess," he said, laughing and pulling her by the arm forward.

Rose's eyes widened, and her guess was confirmed by The Doctor's twinkling eyes. "Seriously?" she exclaimed, jumping up and down and almost slipping.

"Seriously!" The Doctor was clearly grinning under his scarf, his eyes full of his classic all-knowing, happy look.

"We're in Antarctica!" Rose squealed, throwing her arms sideways around The Doctor, or rather his bulky coat. "They're never going to believe me at home! I mean, they'll never believe me about the planets and the aliens and everything, but Antarctica! That's like about as crazy as Daleks and Cybermen!"

The Doctor's twisted his head to face her and shook his head, his eyes smiling. "Yeah, about, isn't it? But just look. It's so white."

Rose sighed wonderingly, taking in everything around her. White was only one word to describe it. There were so many others. Beautiful, yes. Wonderful, yes. But not just that. It was mystical and beyond imagination. It was peaceful and safe-feeling, secretive and pure. "Magical," Rose breathed out loud, gripping The Doctor's arm. "It's so magical. Don't you think?"

"Yes," The Doctor said, not taking his eyes off the whiteness of their surroundings.

For once, Rose felt like she could understand everything he was feeling. It was such a great sight, yet so hard to see. It really makes you think, Rose thought. She knew it was making The Doctor think.

She guessed he was thinking about life, and all the places he'd been. Maybe he was thinking about her, about he life and he future. He was probably thinking about the mysteriousness of this place, and wondering whst all the secrets it held were.

But she could only figure what he was thinking. She didn't know. "It's so quiet out here," Rose said, breaking the silence. "I wish we could stay forever."

The Doctor turned to look at her, his eyes smiling. "We've got to move on. Keep going. Keep exploring. But you know something?"

"What?"

"This isn't ever going to leave us. I don't think either of us will ever forget it. So maybe we will stay forever, in a way."

Rose blinked, staring into his eyes. "Yeah," she said. She slipped her arm through his, and smiled too. Maybe more then she ever had, and ever would.

Did you like it? I hope so. (That again =D)

Please review! I love reviews! Again, if Antarctica really is melting, that's so scary! I don't know what causes global warming, but I know that stuff we do effects it so try harder not to cause it! I'm not a big "green" person but I love Antarctica and am freaking...
