Edward Elric x Reader Chapter 1
It was a warm spring morning in centeral. I was walking down the long hallways in Hq to Mustang's office. I opened the doors and saw a blonde haired boy and a tall suit of armor. " um colonel you called me here..." I said, " yea your going on a mission with these two." he said, pointing at the two boys. " you'll be leaving soon, so if I were you, I I would get packing." he said. I nodded for an agreement, then saluted him and walked out of the room. While I was in the hallway, the blonde boy came up to me " what do you want, shorty." I asked " DON'T CALL MEE SHORT!" He yelled, " sorry I just had to admitit." I replied. " anyway colonel told me to help you pack. " ok, that's fine with me." I replied back smiling.
Once me and the boy got to my house, we started to walk to my bed room. " so I never got your name." he said. " oh I'm _ _ " I said " oh so your the freezing alchemist?" he asked I nodded " well I'm the fullmetal alchemist, Edward Elric." he said. I went wide eyed " oh my gosh! I never thought I would ever meet you! and sorry for calling you short earlier." I said " heh, that's the first time someone said sorry for my height." Edward said smiling " oh." I replied smiling ' I never thought the Fullmetal Alchemist would look so good looking to.. wait I bet he already has a girlfriend.' I thought in disapointment. " what's wrong _?" Ed asked, looking at me worried. I blushed "oh I-It's nothing Edward, I'm just thinking that's all." I replied. " ok, oh and you know you can just call me Ed right." he replied back. " oh o-ok. " I said with a stutter. " so what do I need?" I asked " well you need clothes,bruch, ect. you know the usual stuff." He said, " alright, how long are we staying at were ever we're going." I said," were going to and old town because some guy has been killing some people, so Mustang said to go cheak that out. Then after that we're going to Risembool to get my arm repaired." Ed said, pulling up his right sleeve. I froze "what happend? if you don't mind me asking." I said " me and my younger brother comited the taboo for human transmutation, I lost me right arm and left leg also my brother lost his whole body, but I bonded his soul to a suit of armor." He said, " this may sound stupid, but can I feel you arm?" I asked looking at him. "sure, but I can't feel anything with this arm." Ed replied. His arm, it fees so cold. " I fell bad for you guys, It's kinda similar to what happend to me." I said, looking at him " r-really? what happend?" He asked. " my dad, he shot my mother and almost shot me, but the police came and took him away, later that day I tried bringing my mom back but that didn't work, the truth took my right leg.' Isaid, showing him my leg." I'm sorry to hear that.' he replied " no it's fine." I said smiling.
Later that day Me, Ed and Al got on the train. " It's been awile since I've been on one of these." I said sitting beside Ed and Al across from us. "really?" Ed asked "mmhm, but I can never sleep good on one eaither." I said in disapointment. " you can sleep on my shoulder if you want." Ed suggested, my face turned red " r-really? are you sure?" I asked " yea, I don't mind at all." he replied smilling " o-ok, maybe when I start falling asleep." I said.
Moments later I start to drop my head a little until I feel a gloved hand on my head, it pushed my head to Ed's shoulder. I start to blush until the hand moved to my waiste. My face starts getting reder. " if your tired, sleep." Ed whispers in my ear. I close my eyes " ok, thanks for doing this Ed." I said smiling "your welcome." Ed said calmly.
