Haruhi woke up to her alarm. 9:30… She reluctantly decided to pay a visit to Music Room 3, The Host Club, even though it was the weekend.
Upon opening the door, I found…my senpai, the host club king, Tamaki…playing the piano…
She quietly closed the door and listened. The music engulfed her spirit, it was a sensation. What is this feeling? Black magic? Nekozawa-senpai is never here on weekends.
The door opened.
"Oh! Haruhi! Come to secretly see me?" Tamaki bubbled as he twirled around the room.
She gave a blank face. "No. I thought everyone would be here. That was wonderful." She clapped.
"Oh." Tamaki smiled.
"Please continue playing. I rather enjoyed it." Haruhi sweetly smiled.
Tamaki broke out a small smile and briskly walked over to the piano. Haruhi smiled and stood next to him.
There it is again…The music surrounded her and placed her in an alternate dream world. And so…she fell into that very dream world.
When she woke up, Tamaki was gone. But he had left the light on where the piano was. She found a gleaming, red rose resting on the piano. She picked it up and held it close as she walked out.
Haruhi blushed, but she had no idea why. She remembered the last time she saw Tamaki with a rose, he had gone out to the park to pick flowers for her own mother's memento. He had pricked his finger on one of the sharp thorns, and she had placed a band-aid on it.
Haruhi chuckled, then that chuckle turned into a laugh that echoed throughout the empty corridors.
She noticed a dark figure at the end of the corridor. "What?!? Nekozawa-senpai? I thought you didn't come here on the weekends?!?" Haruhi freaked out thinking that it was all his doing.
"Huh? I just got here…" He said with a dark expression on his face.
Haruhi crossed another corridor and bumped into a smiling Tamaki.
"Haruhi?" He said surprised. He froze instantly, feeling a warm kiss brush against his cheek.
She pulled back and smiled, as she gently caressed the rose he had given her in her hands.
"Thank you."
