I wrote this drabble for one of the prompts on the Criminal Minds Weekly Prompts forum. You should check it out! Most of the prompts are light and funny but I took one of the more serious ones from the 'awareness' prompts and did the eating disorder one.

She couldn't do this anymore. She tried and oh boy did she try. She'd never be good enough. Never be pretty enough, thin enough... It hurt. It did. She'd eat, throw up, rinse... repeat.

They were all oblivious, despite the fact they were profilers. She wanted help but she didn't have it in her to seek help. It was pride. She couldn't admit she had a problem.

If anyone, she thought Reid may notice she needed help. He could have read her signs but he was so trusting... He believed her when he heard her throwing up in the hotel. He believed her that she was simply sick. So gullible.

She'd be okay. She didn't need their help. She'd throw up one more time... Like she'd said last time. Then she'd be done. Surely, she was thin enough now? But he still didn't notice her.

Hotch. He didn't notice her. She'd make herself gorgeous, thin and perfect. Then he'd see...
