Kagome trudged into the room. Luckily Orophin and Rumil had already taken her armor and weapons. She had begged them to start training her and they had finally given in. Only now she was regretting it as every muscle in her body screamed traitor at her. They had drilled her for hours and only stopped once she had thrown down her sword and told them she was done for the day.

She was sure they planned it that way as they both shot each other amused looks before helping her with the weapons and armor. She had then followed them home and ate some fruit. She had barely managed to not fall asleep in the bath. That was mostly because Orophin had knocked on the door and told her if she didn't come out soon he was coming in to check on her.

She had on borrowed clothes. They belonged to Haldir is what Rumil said. She felt bad borrowing them but they assured her that he wouldn't mind and that he was gone on patrol anyways. That's whose room she was borrowing for the night. She was a bit too tired to argue with the brothers so she just agreed.

She had visited Lorien several times and had made quick friends with Orophin and Rumil. It seemed that Haldir was never there though. He was usually out on patrol though the brothers told her many stories about him. She was supposed to be able to meet him tomorrow if he arrived back on time.

The room was nice and neat just like all the other rooms she had stayed in with the elves. The only difference was there little souvenirs from all over around the room. She vaguely remembered the brothers saying that Haldir was one of the few who went out to gather intelligence from Middle Earth and that he could actually speak the Common Tongue that only a few elves knew. She knew the Common Tongue as well but hardly practiced it as she spent all her time with the elves.

As she pulled the covers back on the comfortable looking bed she vaguely wondered when she would get to meet this Haldir. She was sure she'd get along with him as much as she adored his brothers. As she slipped under the covers she figured she'd find out tomorrow when he was supposed to be back. It only took a few moments before she was out cold. She vaguely reminded herself to get the brothers back tomorrow for being so exhausted.

It was sometime during the night that she heard the door creak open. She caught a small glimpse of golden hair before smiling and going back to sleep. Either Orophin or Rumil had probably come to lay down with her. She usually slept with one of them but they had more errands to run when she had fallen asleep. They didn't need as much sleep as she did though so it was only rarely did she fall asleep with them. They either fell asleep with her or were up before her or they joined her later.
