"Kaze no Kizu!" Inuyasha bellowed and swung the Tetsusaiga with a blast flying at
Naraku who was on the ground in pain. "Nooooooo!" Naraku screamed. The blast hit
Naraku and he was blasted into oblivion. They have finally won. Kagome picked up the
jewel shards that Naraku left and purified them. Finally now everything was at peace.
Since Naraku was gone Miroku's kazaana disappeared. Sango got revenge for Naraku
destroying her village. And Inuyasha avenged Kikyo's death. Indeed but Kagome was
now saddened. She knew now that Inuyasha wouldn't need her anymore since that
Naraku was gone and the Shikon no Tama was completed. He would probably go to hell
with Kikyo and leave Kagome all alone. Tears started to well up in Kagome's eyes.
Inuyasha smelt the tears and went over to her. "Kagome you ok?" Inuyasha asked.
Kagome wiped the tears from her eyes and faced Inuyasha with a smile. "I'm fine
Inuyasha don't worry." Inuyasha smirked at her. "Ok then." Inuyasha looked towards
Sango and Miroku who were heading back to Kaede's hut. "Come on we better go so we
can celebrate at the old hag's place." Inuyasha reached his hand out to her. Kagome took
it and walked with him back to Kaede's hut. When they entered Kaede greeted them. "So
it seems now that Naraku is destroyed the Shikon no Tama is almost completed."
Kagome nodded and add Naraku's shards to their own shard. Kagome said, "We still
need Kouga's." Inuyasha growled when he heard Kouga's name. Kagome scratches
Inuyasha's ears and he calms down. Miroku and Sango start to snicker when they see
Kagome scratching Inuyasha's ears and Inuyasha gives them a death glare. Kaede smiles
at them and says, "Well ye may all rest here tonight and search for Kouga tomorrow."
When Kaede said that she left. Sango, Miroku and Shippou all lied down on the floor and
went to sleep. Kagome stayed awake and just lied for a while. She then went outside to
check up on Inuyasha. Inuyasha was up in his tree as usual. Kagome called up to him,
"Inuyasha!" Inuyasha looked down on her and jumped down from his tree. Inuyasha said,
"Kagome what are doing here shouldn't you be asleep?" Kagome replied, "I can't sleep
Inuyasha, can I sleep with you?" Inuyasha smiled at her. "Sure Kagome." Inuyasha
picked her up and jumped into the tree. Inuyasha held her tight in his lap so she wouldn't
fall. Kagome cuddled up to him and fell asleep content. Inuyasha looked down on her and
smiled. He whispered, "Kagome I wish I could tell you how I felt about you." With that
final thought he fell asleep too.
