Just a cute song fic I did to keep my mind busy without anything serious. And a reminder that I am still here.
Twelve year old Serena sat on her bed as she saw her ten year old cousin walk in with a pillow in her arms. Serena smiled as Sarah stepped closer to her and sat down beside her and laid her pillow beside Serena's.
"I had a nightmare. Can I sleep with you tonight?" Sarah asked in a cute voice.
"Yea, do you want me to sing you a lullaby to help you fall asleep?"
Sarah nodded a bit and laid down Serena doing the same thing as she began to sing Sarah's favorite nighttime song when they were smaller.
The wind, far away; the clouds slowly
It is time for them to fade
Flowers bloom and you rest
On the darkening land
The sun which blessed me
Dyes red and sinks down
I wonder if I am dreaming
A gentle gentle dream?
The birds to the sky; the bugs to the fields
All of them on the road home
The first star of evening shone
So let's head home
To my warm house.
By the time the song was over Sarah had fallen asleep peacefully Serena smiled a she closed her eyes and wrapped her arms around her cousin and sister.
"don't worry Sarah, I'll protect you. No matter what I won't let people hurt you even in you dreams. Both of them soon were in dreamland the song still floated though the air and in their subconscious.
There it is. If you want me to make any more one shots like these please tell me cause I like to do these. I do not own sailor moon or the song. But the character is MINE!
But if you ask nicely you can use Sarah in your story, just give me credit.
