Decided to write an one-shot in which my OC (or your's) is trying to get Lysander and Candy together. The OC is the sister of Lysander and Leigh.
Candy was crying, you had only seen her cry one time apart from this one. You were concerned about her, and you already had an idea of what had happened.
"Candy? What happened?"
"Does he like me?" The question cited no names, but you knew she was talking of none other than your brother. Lysander.
"Depends were you want to go with 'liking', even so, he cherishes your company." You also knew very well where she wanted to go with liking, but you wanted to hear her say it.
You and Leigh were trying to get the two together for a while now, but Candy was stubborn and maybe a little shy around people, and Lysander was really obvious to the world around him that he didn't know that she liked him too.
"Well... I like him more than friends..." She wasn't comfortable talking with you, after all, you only knew each other for about 3 months now. Maybe if it was Rosa she would have opened more.
You were in deep thought right now, like Lysander did sometimes. Whether to tell her or not. You decide to play safe.
"The way to a poet's heart is to tell them that they are creative, innovative and smart." You quoted one of Lysander's poems that surely would open her mind. She looked at you.
"And you have done that already." You finished. You saw her eyes glow and swing you into an hug. You stiffened but egged her back.
"Now go. I'll try to delay Castiel so you can have some time alone." She quickly ran away almost stumbling on her way out. Then someone appeared.
"Little girl, didn't knew you were a cupid." Castiel's teasing voice echoed.
"It's my job, didn't you know?" You liked being sarcastic towards him. He understood some of your slightly dark sarcasm.
"It's not." He retorted back
"Well, it's more like an hobby right now. But one day, who know that it could turn to be a full time thing?" He only laughed.
"Maybe they'll be together, and I hope so. They both have been unsupportable. They're blind." Castiel grumpy attitude was starting to show. But you had to agree.
"Love isn't blind you know? Love's a drug that hallucinates people and makes them see much more than what's there. The exact opposite of making people blind."
"If those two are already on drugs that way and haven't confessed yet, soon they'll need to be on life support." This was your time to laugh.
"I think so too." Lysander's voice was heard behind you. You turned your body and saw Lysander and Candy. Lysander and Candy! Smiled plastered on their faces and his arm around her shoulder.
"Hallelujah!" You said while throwing your arms up in a 'finally' motion.
They all laughed besides you.
One more couple together, and cupid had done her job. At least for this day...
