Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas 2: Endgame.
Authors Note: This is about the ending of Vegas 2. Spoilers. No flame.
Bishop crouched in a shack, flinching slightly at the bullets flinging towards him. He raised his M468 rifle, set on single fire, and fired several shots at several terrorists. They dropped, along with the mag in his gun. A voice cracked through his com,"Missile is in the air an en-route." Bishop sighed a breath of relief. This would be over with soon. Several more terrorists converged on his position. He pulled out his Spas-12. He fired several rounds. The helicopter came back, just as the missile came on his position. The helicopter spun around , fire spitting from it rotors, as it desperately attempted to stay in air. It crashed into the other end of the shack. Time to end this, Bishop thought.
Bishop walked over to the crashed helicopter. Norwak walked from the side.
"This is all so serene, isn't it?"
"Why did you do it Gabe?" Bishop asked.
"Take a look at what I accomplish without you." Norwak said.
"What did you accomplish, Gabe?"
"I-"
"You betrayed everyone who ever trusted you!" Bishop said, getting angry. "You need help, Gabe we can get that for you."
"Help? IM the one who needs help?" Gabe said, getting angry too. "I was better than your dog Logan ever was and you promoted him!"
"Six wanted you out, I defended you!"
"You never let me show you how good I was!" Gabe said, aiming his gun at Bishop.
"Gabe, stand down!"
"Oh, more orders?" Norwak said. "Regroup, move out, fuck you!"
"Like I said Gabe, we can get you help."
"'Norwaks fucked up' that's all I've ever been!" Gabe yelled. "Whats the Rainbow body count? Sharon? Echo Team? Oh yeah. Payback." Gabe raised his gun.
Bishop raised his Desert Eagle. "Gabe, this Isn't worth it!"
"No...Your right. This is."
Bishop couldn't wait any longer. It was now or never. He pulled the trigger, and watched as Gabe's corpse flew back. Michael and Jung walked from the foliage, and both stared at the corpse.
"You did the right thing." Michael said.
"Yeah...I know." He replied.
The display cam on his helmet crackled, and the supervisor was on the other end of the cam.
"Well, Bishop, I never imagined the day you would completely through the rule book out the window."
"I-"
"Speaking." The supervisor continued. "Your status at the academy has been terminated. You will be joining me at the HQ. Now get out of there."
"Yes, sir. Lets go home, guys. Its been a long day." He glanced at the dead body of Gabe, and continued through to the helicopter on a tennis course.
They left the fray, brothers in arms, to the very end, one broken, one betrayed, and one wise, brothers in arms.
Authors Note: Yeahhh. No flames. I dunno that asshole supervisors name. Play with me on Xbox live. Gamer tag is MAN THE HARPO0N. Peace, y'all. I know it short.
