Weirdly, Mario & Luigi, Daisy, Peach, Bowser & his son, DK and Diddy, Yoshi and Petey (Yoshi came over to ask for some sugar), Wario was watching on his solid gold TV, Waluigi was sort of there watching too, and finally King Boo and Gooper Blooper caught a glimpse of the Striker Channel, Everybody was in shock as a new tournament began, for new cups, known as "The Air Cup", "The Gold Cup", and the "The Inferno Cup", Named after the tournament.
Peach stared in awe, as she thought about two things, first, about how this tournament got started without her permission, second, about knocking Bowser into that electric force field.
The rest of them just cheered as a chance to have some more destruction around the mushroom kingdom, especially Bowser, there was something about messing with that place.
Peach, conflicted with the choices she needs to make, she chose to participate in the tournament.
"I need some workout anyway," she said to herself, even though she was slim, she was very self-conscious about her weight.
Daisy pondered about this tournament, she knew she wanted to join, but she wondered if she should change her team symbol, it was just a flower, she needed something more fierce, more menacing, more... more...
"Ha! A flower with a with a lightning symbol in front of it! Perfect!" she said loudly, so loudly that a few toads over heard her and yelled at her for being to loud, I like the word loud, what can I say?
A few, *Ahem*, A LOT of miles away was DK and Diddy, both getting very excited about the new tournament, I like the word tournament too...
Around the same jungle was Petey Piranha's house, where Yoshi and Petey were bickering about who would win, who would get the Golden Foot and Brick Wall awards, and who was the better team, Yoshi or Petey.
Bowser and Bowser Jr. were already getting their teams ready, they couldn't decide what teams they wanted though...
Mario and Luigi were ecstatic, they thought about what teams they wanted, and hoped it'd be as exciting as last time, what they didn't know was that there was a few newcomers to the Striker series.
King Boo and Gooper Blooper were hanging out since they were both defeated by Mario, they were both thinking the same thing, if Mario joined, then they could join and get their revenge!
I want to include your Ideas, Come up with team Ideas for the next chapter! The Captains are all the people at the first paragraph, and the sidekicks are:
Koopa, Boo, Hammer Bro, Shy Guy, Birdo, Toad, Dry Bones, Monty Mole, Time for the new ones!
Goomba: Able to block tackles
Magikoopa: Can stun enemies faraway from him/her
Ninji: Can shoot the ball from high in the sky
