A/N: I don't know how many chapters this fanfic will have yet. And this time, Dantalion could end up with either Sitri, William, or even Camio xD What do you guys think? Any requests?
The night of the Sabbath fell upon all beings of the Earth and flew by as fast as it came. On that successful night, an army of fiends from Hell had gone to the human world with the intention of killing William; courtesy of Duke Balberith's orders.
Having been the first to know of his uncle's plans to claim Solomon's soul, Sitri was the first to return to Stratford. He needed to protect William, and that was exactly what he did. Fighting off a whole battalion of demons, however, was too much for the blue-haired viscount to handle. Before he knew it, a demon with the appearance of a lion had sent Sitri flying across to the other side of the field. Then, just when a reaper was about to slash William with his rusty scythe, he appeared. With Baphomet following closely, Dantalion made it just in time to protect William from the blow.
There he was, in all his glory, defeating the reaper in a flash.
"I told you that something bad would happen," the Grand Duke scolded the blond prefect. "Shall I kill them all?"
William remembered then and there that Dantalion warned him about demons that were not a part of Solomon's seventy-two Pillars. If only he had not been harsh towards the brunet; if William never told Dantalion that he wanted him out of his sight forever, then perhaps the brown-haired demon would have never left his side at all. As he became lost in a sea of regrets, William was taken away from the battle area by Baphomet.
"I can't believe how strong he is," Sitri thought aloud as Dantalion easily slew the swarm of low-level demons one by one with his fiery flames. Even for someone with the title of a demon king, it would not have been easy to deal with that many demons.
How could Dantalion be that strong?
The viscount's brows furrowed as he tried to comprehend the matter of Dantalion's invincibility.
More than just quite strong; Dantalion was probably stronger than the four kings of the four corners of Hell. Sitri simply was not able to help but wonder why.
Why?
