A new friend
Our dear friend Kenshin, the man that used to be a legendary manslayer became a wondering samurai. He made a lot of friends such as Yahiko, Sanosuke, Miss Karou, and Megumi. Now he just protects the weak with his legendary sword. As you will learn in this story, he will meet a stranger that is new in town.
Kenshin sits at the dinner table with the others. When someone came knocking at the doors of the dojo. Kenshin decided to go and check out who was there. When he opened the door he found a wounded young woman in shinobi clothes lying on the ground. He tilted his head and picked her up, and then he took her inside. He laid her on a bed of pillows and brought Megumi in to take care of the young lady. Everybody looked at her and wondered why she was wounded. "Will she be alright, Megumi?" said Miss Karou."She'll be fine, all she needs is a little rest," said Megumi.
Next morning, the young woman woke up and got up slowly because of the pain in the wounds. "Where am I?" she wondered. She heard a noise and then she saw a shadowy figure. She took hold of her shuriken (or ninja knives) and was about to attack when she heard a voice that sounded like an angel. "I see u are doing well miss" Kenshin said smiling. "Who are u, my good sir?" she asked. "My name is Kenshin," he said. Her eyes widened, "U are Kenshin the legendary manslayer?" she said. "Yes indeed I am and who might u be miss?" he asked. "I am Serena of the vicious team or well used to be part of the team," said Serena. "Why were u wounded miss Serena?" said Kenshin. "I'll tell u my story," said Serena with a sigh.
Flashback. "Rex was the leader of the vicious that took me in when I was an orphan," she said. "Slowly he teached me to fight with the will to win, but I wanted to learn the will of the heart". "I grew up a vicious, I was the best female that ever became an intelligent fighter with swords." " I then saw all the blood shed we have done and rex told me stories about u." "I began to feel bad for what I have done and I told rex I didn't want to kill". "He grew angry at me and sent his best at me to kill me, but he didn't know that I had the will to live so he dumped me on the streets bleeding to death". "I walked from city to city looking for help, but no one offered to help me until u came along".
"I see that your story is long and sad, miss Serena" said Kenshin. "Yes it is, sir Kenshin" She sighed. "Your safe here, miss Serena" Kenshin said smiling. Serena looked at him with frost blue eyes and smiled "I hope so".
