Not gonna do a full story on this unless I get a shit-ton of reviews saying I should. As to why I picked these two, tell me they aren't cute together! I just love them.
Darkness and Light, Into the Chaos!
The hospital room door opened. Hitsugi looked over, expecting to see a doctor or nurse. What she saw was a boy no older than them looking at her. His long sandy blonde hair stuck out from his wolf-theme baseball cap. Pulling his blue-gray striped coat tighter, he walked forward.
Hitsuga immeidiately got in front of Chitaru, brandishing a needle that the taller girl didn't want to think about how she had gotten a hold of. The boy seemed to find this amusing, as he began laughing. "Poisons don't work on a demon, little one." he commented, slipping a hand into his pocket. "I wanted to come a little closer to introduce myself, but somehow I don't think you'll let me. Am I right, miss Hitsugi Kiraya?"
"Just tell us who you are!" Hitsugi demanded, her grip tightening on the needle.
"Shadow Legion Black Trio, Codename: King." King replied easily. Always suspicious when I approach. he thought tiredly.
"Think it has something to do with you saying you're a demon?" came Flame's familiar voice.
Screw you! King shouted back. Turing his attention back to his task. "I'm here to make you two an offer. How would you like to join us?"
"Why?" Chitaru asked, sounding more curious than suspicious.
"You two have a skill set I can use. Plus I think you two need a fresh start. I can use my connections to protect you, the Legion looks after it's own."
"You want a couple of assassins to join your underground information network?" Hitsugi asked, the needle in her hand dropping slightly.
"What can I say? I know your stories and I love what I see." King shrugged. "But think about it. I can insure you two are well taken care of, and keep you together for any mission I would send you on. You can start over. The Angel's Trumpet and Class Black can be nothing more than a memory."
Both teens looked at each other. "We need to discuss it alone." Chitaru replied.
"Understood, I'll be outside when you've made your decison. I truly hope it's the one I wanted when I came here."
...
It took more time than he would have liked, but after about an hour of waiting patiently Hitsugi appeared and waved him in. After the three were sitting in the hospital room, it was Chitaru who spoke. "We've discussed it, and once I'm out of the hospital we'll gladly work under you as long as we don't have to kill anyone."
"Deal. Killing was never my style." King replied. He reached into a pocket and pulled out two medallions. "And now you will be my Gate of the Twins: Gemini."
And done. Like I said, if I get some decent reviews asking, I'll make this into a chapter fic. Otherwise I'll just wait to see them again until we reach the Shadow Legion crossover. Until next time.
