Dear Diary,

Today is August 4th my 16th birthday, and I got a diary. I'm Alicia Napier if anyone was wondering, which you probably weren't, because no one is going to read this. Unless you are my dad Jack (If that is the case…Please put my diary down dad, or I will never trust you again.)

Now, if you would like to know what I look like I have shoulder length brown hair, and green eyes. I'm rather skinny, and have tannish skin.

Now I would like you to know Diary that when I tell a story I'm very narrative, I don't just explain what happen, I put it in a POV my POV.

Well, Diary I'll just my story on how I got this Diary.

Earlier today

I was at the kitchen table eating a bowl of cereal with my grey pj bottoms on and a black tank top, I was eating cocoa puffs when my dad came in and ruffled my hair and said "Good morning" Like usual. That's when I stared at him, waiting for him to say it.

"What are you staring at?" He wore green shorts a purple shirt, I know such peculiar colors. He was smirking at me, well it was kind of hard to tell with his scared lips turned upright to make a permanent smile.

"Well, aren't you going to say it!" I said playfully glaring at him

"Say what?" I slapped his arm gently

"It's just that it's the day that this devilishly beautiful girl came into the world!" I said smirking and laughing little

"Oh it is! Hahaha! Happy birthday, my little princess!" He said and laughed his crazy laugh

"haha Thanks dad…"I chuckled and lent over the table and kissed his scared cheek, that's when I noticed he had a little bit of white make up on his jaw line… I didn't think to much of it at the time, because he was my dad.

Later that day my dad left for work carrying a black duffel bag and a suit with a cover over it. I never did know what my dad's job was. I'll have to ask sometime.

And when I went to bed this cold fine night I found this dark purple diary on my bed with AN written in green on it.

And that is what happened today, I know not to exciting! But maybe tomorrow will be more exciting I am hanging out with my best friend Amy!
