The kids were gathered in the O club, along with a large number of their parents. It was the original Jar of Confessions game- Truth or Dare without the dares.
The parents were there to find out why the kids were having so much fun with the game. They quickly learned rule number one- There shall not be any retribution or retaliation for any information gleaned during the game.
"Next question, please," Flash wheezed between laughs. He was tending bar that night, and was having just as much fun as everyone else.
Ericka Freistadt reached into the jar and pulled out a piece of paper. She read it and laughed. "Now, we're going to get some really good answers. What was the most embarrassing thing that you've seen involving one or both of your parents?" she asked.
Christine and Travis came up with the same answer at the same time. "We were sneaking back into the house one night a couple of months ago, and we ran into Mom and Dad going at it on the back porch in the moonlight," Christine stated.
"We happened to come around the side of the house, and there they were- in full view of everybody," Travis added. Most of the kids groaned.
"Image I don't need," several of the parents complained.
"Mom and Dad on the living room couch in front of the window when I got home from school early one day," Jamie stated.
"That's tame. I walked in on Dad right-handing it in his office last month," EJ snickered, as Lifeline turned crimson.
"Way more information than I really needed to know, because I've done it more than once, except I heard him moaning something about Jamie and Trini while he was doing it," AJ stated. Not only did Lifeline turn an even deeper shade of red, but Jamie and Trini also both turned the same shade of dark scarlet and swallowed hard as it dawned on them what she had meant.
After the question had bounced around the room, Trini was the only one left.
"I got you all beat," she smirked. "I got off work early one day last week, and I'd gone to the house to take a nap. I snuck in like I usually did, and stuck my head through the living room door to tell Dad that I was home. The TV was on, and Dierks Bentley's video, "Sideways", was playing. Dad had the sound turned up and was in the middle of the floor, dancing along to the video, wearing nothing but a towel. The next minute, the towel went one way, Dad went the other, I got a good show and turned to hightail it the third direction. I hit the sidewalk running and I didn't stop until I came across Flash raking leaves in his front yard. I kept telling him to get that image out of my head," Trini laughingly explained.
"When I asked her what image she needed help getting rid of, all I could get out of her were the words- Dad, towel, dancing, living room and free shot," Flash howled. "A few minutes later, I walked her back to the house."
"I stomped up the porch stairs, across the porch; slammed the front door and opened the living room door enough to yell "Way more information than I needed", slammed it shut and ran up to my room," Trini finished.
Syn was looking at Hawk with an expression of "Whiskey Tango Foxtrot?" Travis fell out of his chair, he was laughing so hard; and Hawk was looking for an escape route as everybody in the room howled with laughter. It was so unbelievable that they could actually believe it.
