I took a shaky breath and waited for the kraang to open my cell door. Every moment since my capture has led up to my escape. I watched as the door opened. I screamed and swung my arm aiming for where the kraang brain was usually. I yelped in pain and drew my fist back to my shock my savoir was another mutant. I blinked and stared at him, he was a turtle.
"W-who a-are y-you?" I asked my voice scratchy from all the screaming I had done
"I can help you, follow me." The turtle said holding his hand out for me to take
"I-I don't know i-if I can trust y-you." I rasped
"You were trying to escape right? I can help, My name's Leonardo." He said smiling
I swallowed hard and took his hand. I followed Leonardo through the Kraang hide out until we came to three more turtles. I stopped dead and felt Leonardo tug my wrist. I whimpered and stared at the other mutants.
"They won't hurt you. They're my brothers." Leonardo said calmly
"Leo, we've got to go." The one in purple said
"Come on, I'll keep you safe." Leonardo said smiling.
"B-but, I-I'm scared." I rasped looking at the other turtles
"I'll keep you safe, I promise." Leonardo said grabbing my other wrist
"o-okay." I said.
The two of us got to the rope that was hanging from the ceiling. I tried to pull myself up. I slumped back and stared at Leonardo. Leonardo smiled and crouched down, I climbed onto his shell and wrapped my arms around his neck.
"Please don't drop me." I whispered
"I won't." Leonardo said pulling the two of us onto the roof.
"Took ya long enough Fearless." The red banded turtle said
"I had to help someone." Leonardo said as I climbed of his shell
"So you almost got us all killed for a girl?" red demanded
"L-Leonardo." I rasped inching behind the blue masked turtle
"Raphael, you need to calm down." Leonardo said
"Calm down? This human almost got us killed." Raphael said stepping closer
"I-I'm not H-human, I-I never w-was." I said forcing my words
"What happened to your voice?" Purple asked
"When they caught me I was a wolf, this form is new to me. But my voice is the w-way it is b-because I-I y-yelled t-too much." I said
"So we're going to bring her back to the lair right?" Orange asked
"Yeah." Leonardo replied
"What? Master Splinter isn't going to be happy." Raphael said
"She needs our help." Leonardo said
"You can explain that to Master Splinter." Raphael said before taking off
"S-sorry." I said looking down
"Raph is just short tempered." Leonardo said
"N-no it's m-my fault." I mumbled
"You really shouldn't be talking." Purple said stepping closer to me
"I-I'm f-fine." I lied
"No you're not. Climb on." Leonardo said
I did as I was told, my tail quickly wrapped it's self around my waist. I honestly wasn't used to the whole walking like a human thing. I was born to be the next pack leader and now I would never get back. Maybe I didn't want to deep down. I tucked my face into Leonardo's shoulder and closed my eyes.
Well there's chapter 1! And before my readers get worried I'm still working on Anarchy, Just trying to make a really fantastic chapter for you guys! Until then ENJOY!
