Whoops, look at me again- writing something that's not an update to what I should be updating. I'm a terrible person. I'm Queen of the Procrastination... and the damned. ;)

~Start~

"Louis," Lestat says quietly, whilst playing his piano. Occasionally glancing up to look at Louis.

"What is it?" Louis replies, glancing up at Lestat before returning his gaze back to his book.

"I want to sleep in your coffin tonight." He says, still continuing with his piano playing.

"Well shall I sleep in yours then?" Louis answered, turning the page of his book.

"No, no, I mean sleep in your coffin with you. I do not wish to be alone tonight." Lestat says, though he said it in a quieter voice than before.

Louis frowns and shuts his book before replying, "This is unlike you. You are not yourself. Are you ok?" He says worriedly.

"I've been feeling a little run down as of late, although I am unsure why. I feel like I need company." He says, his hands coming to rest in his lap as he stops playing the piano.

"You have me, I am forever by your side." Louis replies.

"I know I have you, Louis. But I mean I need something more- it's like a feeling of emptiness trapped in the pit of my stomach." Lestat mumbles.

"Something more..." Louis says under his breath, more to himself than Lestat.

Lestat gets up off the piano stool and heads towards the room where the coffins are. Louis follows him, placing his book on a small dark oak table on his way out of the room. They walk towards Louis's coffin and Lestat opens the top, climbing in and lying there. Louis follows suit and climbs in and lays on top of Lestat, sliding the lid shut over the both of them.

Lestat wraps his arms around Louis and brings his face up to meet Louis's neck. He breathes in sighs in contentment. "This is nice..." He says, so quietly the human ear could not have heard.

"Just like old times." Louis replies, bringing his hand up to stroke Lestat's cheekbone.

"Louis, can I kiss you?" Lestat asks suddenly.

Louis is caught a little off guard, but doesn't reject Lestat's offer. "...I don't see why not." He replies.

Lestat carefully moves his head in front of Louis's, pausing before carefully leaning forward and pressing his lips against the other vampires. The kiss was slow at first, but gradually became faster as the seconds went by. Lestat gently bit down on Louis's lip, drawing blood. He licks and kisses the blood away. The kiss lasts for a few more seconds before Lestat pulls away.

"Do you love me, Louis? Because I love you." Lestat whispers, pulling Louis tighter against his chest.

"Yes, I love you Lestat" Louis breathes, placing a kiss on Lestat's cheek.

They hold each other for a few minutes before Louis feels that Lestat has drifted off to sleep, Louis following soon after.

~End~

Yeah, sorry it's so short and crappy but I'm doing this with a time limit since it was written at school in Geography. Yes I also understand I should be updating my Homestuck fanfiction and my story "Only a Week", but I've lost the planning sheets for them so I have to clean up and search for them before I can continue.

Thanks for reading.
