Hey, this Harvest moon story is based on the English version of HM: Tree of Tranquility not the Japanese version.
"I thought you said you were free Saturday!" I yelled without realizing it.
"I said I was free next Saturday because tomorrow is my birthday sleepover! And no guys can come to my sleepover Chase!" Arianne yelled right back at me. It probably would have gotten out of hand if Maya and Luke didn't drag us to opposite sides of the room.
"What the hell got into you?" Luke loudly whispered to me after dragging me out the door.
"Arianne promised me that she would go on a date with me on Saturday, but she forgot to tell me it was next Saturday!" I yelled at him
"She actually agreed to go on a date with you?" he looked at me with hatred and envy at the same time, "She will go out with him of all people." He muttered to himself.
"I can hear you, you know that right?" I said dully.
"Uh… A-any way you know that she is having a girl only sleepover at her second house near the ocean right?" He said completely forgetting I said something to him.
"I knew it was girl only, but not it was at her second house… wait where the heck did you get that?" I asked feeling like I probably shouldn't have.
"Reliable sources. Anyway she is inviting all the girls in the village and not letting any guys in which is understandable. So what I was thinking was that." I cut him off by now.
"No." I said.
"But I didn't even tell you…"
"I said no Luke."
"You don't even know what I was going to…"
"Yes I do know Luke."
"Then what was I gonna say?"
"That we dress like girls and get into her sleepover. No. No way no how ain't gonna happen." We just sort of stared at each other for about five minutes until he said, "Ok then you do know what I was gonna say, but Chase this is a once in a life time opportunity! I mean think, girls, games, and Arianne in a bikini."
"HOW THE HELL DO YOU KNOW SHE'LL BE IN A BIKINI!" I screamed at him turning a bright cherry tomato red at the thought of Arianne in a bikini.
"Like I said I've got sources. Anyway haven't you ever wanted to see her in a bikini? Or sleeping in her new light blue short silk nightgown?" he said really starting to creep me out and make me fantasize at the same time.
"I really wish you would stop." I said even though I wanted to know who the heck his source was…
"I'll tell you who the source is if you go along with my plan." He said as if he read my mind.
"I hate you, you know that right?" I said.
"So you'll go along with it?" he asked knowing the answer.
"Fine." I muttered secretly overjoyed. Arianne in a bikini playing in the ocean and Arianne playing truth or dare in a short silk nightgown. Tomorrow is going to be a great day.
I may have made Chase a little out of character, but hey it makes the story a lot more interesting. And I purposely made the chapter short so don't comment about it.
