I don't own any Harry Potter stuff: JK Rowling does.
Harry entered the little Chinese restaurant, Gerrard Corner, on the corner of Whitcomb Street and Wardour Street. Inside waiting on him were Ron and Hermione, his two best friends. They were looking through the window with angered expressions on their faces.
"What are you guys looking at", Harry asked.
"Oh, Harry, Thank goodness you're here. Lord Voldemort and Professor Snape are in there at the only table that has empty seats at it", Hermione said, distraught.
Just then the bell over the door jingled. Professor Dumbledore entered, a cheery expression on his face."And what are my three favorite students doing at my favorite restaurant in London", he asked, before looking in the direction of Lord Voldemort.
"Well, I see some seats. Care to join me?" Confused, the trio followed to the partially empty table and took their seats.
"Hello, Professor Dumbledore. I see you brought company", Snape acknowledged. "Why, yes I did, Severus. Tom, its lovely to see you again, how was exile?', spoke Albus. "The name's Voldemort", grumbled Voldemort under his breath. "Well, I don't know about you, but I am starving. Let's order", Dumbledore said.
Later on in the night, the waiter took away the empty dishes an brought out fortune cookies. "Oh, I enjoy these little things. Hermione you go first", Dumbledore exclaimed quite loudly. "Oh ok", said a miffed Hermione, who had not spoken since sitting down. Loudly, she read the tiny script, "You will marry into a scarlet family and will be a leader's greatest friend."
"Well that makes sense," Harry stated, "You and Ron obviously have a thing for each other."
"and you are one of Harry's best friends", said a blushing Ron." My turn", he said. "You will cause much joy and laughter and will be a source of comfort to your family."
"That's an obvious one," Ron said, "it means what it says; I'm hilarious and very comforting."
"Goodie it's my turn," Dumbledore assumed, "The greatest war sometimes isn't on the battlefield but against oneself.""Hmmmm, that's very interesting, I'll save that for later", he muttered, tucking it into his pocket." "Severus, your turn", he announced.
"You will be a much praised hero, and although your love is gone, take heart in knowing that her son will provide you with peace in your last moments.""I never did like these things; I always get the duds", He griped, "My Lord would you like to go next?"
"Yes, I think so", mused Lord Voldemort, in his high pitched wheezing voice. "Without mercy, there is no forgiveness, without grief, no healing, without love, no life". When everyone got silent he looked up into their staring faces and angrily shrieked," What, you don't belief these stupid little things, do you?"
"No, of course not", the rest muttered, covering their faces.
"Well, I'm the last one, then," Harry asserted. "Curse will be lifted, gifts will be taken, life will be lost, but friends will remain." Now everybody gazed at him. "What does that mean, Professor", he said, turning towards Dumbledore."No idea, my boy; I guess we will find out when the time comes", the professor said indiscreetly. "Time for us to go, the restaurant is closing", Dumbledore said with a nod. Everybody arose from their chairs. They walked out to the front desk, paid, and went on their separate ways.
