"Mommy! Look at me!"

The angelic voice floats across the park and reaches Kate's ears as she quietly nurses the baby girl in her arms. She looks up to see Mathew slide down the slide attached to the park's jungle gym. When his feet hit the ground his baby blue eyes that mirror his father's meet hers; his broad smile brings joy to her heart. The baby in her arms begins to squirm alerting Kate that she has finished.

"Here let me burp her." Castle softly speaks to her from his seat beside of her. Kate lifts the girl into his arms while her eyes search the park for her other children.

The twins turned four last month and with their new age they have the tendency to explore anything, anywhere. She spots the two boys in the sand box, their red hair making them very hard to miss. She was surprised when they were born that they both came out with a flaming head of hair, but she wouldn't change them for the world. They love their older sister whose hair is just like theirs. They look up to Alexis, and it always makes her heart swell with pride for her boys.

Kate turns to look at the girl in Castle's arms who is looking up at him from her spot on his lap. She is a daddy's girl through and through and Kate loves it. Mathew and Alexander are identical but their personalities match their parents'. Although Alex is named after his father his calm and perceptive personality is all Kate. Mathew is their kid on a sugar rush 24-7 just like Castle. Both boys are mama's boys and even though he denied it Kate knew that Castle was a bit hurt when the boys only want her when it is comforting time. Once Madeline was born Kate was glad that their baby girl preferred Castle. She loves to hear Castle whisper magical stories to Madeline at any time and especially while she was holding the boys.

Kate always loves these days at the park when they all let their cares fade away and just enjoy each other. The boys in their matching outfits, fiery red hair, and sparkling blue eyes running free in their own imaginary worlds, her husband holding their sweet little girl in his arms, and her little girl smiling brightly. These times are when she feels like the luckiest woman in the world.

One of those perfect moments come when her two boys run up to the bench and climb into her lap tucking their heads into the groove of her neck. She turns her head to look at Castle to see him looking right back at her. He is cradling the now sleeping 18 month old to his chest as he looks into her eyes and whispers "I love you". She smiles and quietly replies.

"I love you too." Kate looks down at her boys once more and then back at him a wide smile on her face. "Oh and by the way I'm pregnant."

Castle's eyes widen but so does his smile as he fist pumps the air. "Yes! Ok we have three red heads and a miniature you," tilting his head down to the girl in his arms. "Do you think this time there can be a mini-me?"

Four kids will be a challenge, but the vision of a brown haired, blue eyed boy with his fathers smile flashes in her head and she can't hold back her excitement.

"Oh I hope so!" ...

Seven months later Lucas Jackson is born as Castles mini-me. He is accompanied by Elizabeth Rose who is the perfect blend of Kate and Castle. Five kids... wow.
