Helloooooooooo my friends! I have returned another another Legend of Zelda story, this one being my first multi chapter story! :) However, let me warn you right now, updates will be irregular, depending on how hard I'm struggling to come up with good content. This story will also feature XXSamuraiPrincess26XX's OC, Katashi, who will appear later on in the story. Also, this story's rating is subject to change.
I figured since I have the prologue finished, I decided to upload it.

Now, with that out of the way, on with the story!
Two years ago, Hyrule was invaded by beings of the Twilight Realm. Their leader, Zant, stormed the castle, he and his minions overwhelming Hyrule's soldiers. Zant then made the then Princess Zelda a deadly ultimatum; Surrender, or her people die.
Always thinking of her people before herself, Zelda surrendered, and was imprisoned within her own tower. But it was there she met someone special, in the form of a wolf with piercing blue eyes, Link, who was also accompanied by the twilight imp, Midna.
Together, Link and Midna traveled all across Hyrule, restoring the light spirits, Ordona, Faron, Eldin, and Lanaryu. At the same time, they also acquired pieces of the Twilight Mirror.
Eventually, Link had confronted Zant and a battle ensued. However, Zant revealed that it was not him Link should worry about, but rather, Ganondorf, the true master mind behind the Twilight Invasion.
Learning this, Link and Midna hurried to the castle's throne room, where they found Princess Zelda trapped inside the Triforce statue. And just below her, Ganondorf. A long and fierce battle followed, ending with Link jamming the Master Sword into Ganondorf's chest, finally ending his century's long reign of terror.
After Midna had departed from the world of light, Zelda offered Link a place within Hyrule's Royal guard. Link accepted the offer, much to the dismay of his oldest childhood friend, Ilia. As the months went on, Link and Zelda grew closer and eventually, they confessed their love for each other. After months of enduring political obstacles and self-righteous suitors and noblemen, Link and Zelda had earned their right to marry. Now they rule their kingdom side by side with the support of all their beloved people.
But all good things must come to an end.
Link and Zelda will once again be put to the test when a grave new enemy arises. A terrifying adversary in the form of a ruthless and wrathful god, who makes the threat of Zant and Ganondorf pale in comparison. His name is Zavallus, better known as the dreaded God of Chaos.
