(a/n:) Hi guys, I haven't actually written in a while, I've been going through some….stuff. But I'm trying to get myself back together. Anyway I was just thinking about writing something like this, because of how the Doctor was going to take Amy back home.
Please enjoy!
Shock, horror, disbelief all plastered on the young redhead's face. "Please, please. Doctor tell me you're not serious. Please,"
The Doctor continued to give his full attention to the lit up control panel, careful to avoid eye contact with his newest companion.
Amy furiously shook her head. "No, no. You can't do that."
He paused, fixing his stare on the ground.
"You know you can't do that." Amy stepped closer as a tear escaped her hazel eyes.
"I have to." He barely whispered.
Tears cascaded down Amy's distraught face as she tried to find her voice. "No, no you don't!"
The doctor sighed painfully. "Amy…"
"No!" Amy shouted as she hurried over to him. "Doctor you promised me planets and galaxies and time travelling and adventures! Adventures doctor! There are so many more adventures to have! I haven't had this much fun since well, never! You can't expect me to just forget all this! I waited twelve years I can't leave yet!"
Amy's sobs shaked her body as though she was about to choke on her own heart. The doctor slammed his hands down on the control panel in frustration.
"Amy, you have a life to get back to. I'm so sick of screwing up people's lives!" he shouted and collapsed onto a chair, throwing his head into his hands.
Amy stood paralysed and stared at him for moment then shook her head. "You're not going to screw up my life, I want to be here, my life can wait!" she exclaimed.
"No Amelia it can't! You're getting married, don't you understand what that means?" the Doctor pleaded.
"It can wait! I love Rory, I want to be with him, he can come with us! I waited for this as a kid and it never came until now! Please just let me live what I've been dreaming about since you crashed the tardis in my front garden. Please just let me leave reality for a little while." Amy cried through her tears.
The Doctor stood up and finally looked into his companion's eyes. "Amelia Pond, brilliant, strong, brave Amelia Pond, you remember what happened with the angels, do you have to have another near death experience to change your mind, because that's what it's going to be like, and I don't what I'd do if-" he cut off and looked away.
"If you were to lose your own life because you came with me, because I took you away from reality."
Amy hastily wiped her eyes as the Doctor turned back to her. "That's not going to happen Doctor, you won't let it happen. You won't let me die, and neither will Rory."
A million thoughts raced through the Doctor's head as he decided what to do. Again, regretting ever leaving for what he said would be five minutes. How the situation would be so different if Amy was still the little with the crack in her wall, he wouldn't have to worry about the life she's leaving behind.
But Amy was one of a kind, she continued to make him wonder. They could have great adventures, they could go anywhere.
"Oh Pond I've never met anyone quite like you" the Doctor sighed heavily and went back over to the controls panels and began to fly the tardis somewhere unknown to Amy.
Amy swallowed and took a deep breath. "Doctor, where are going?" her voice was full of dread.
The Doctor ran his hand through his hair and straightened his bowtie. Amy narrowed her eyes at him, the slightest bit of hope creeping inside of her.
He turned towards her and grinned. "Grab your coat Pond, we're going to collect your future husband!" He exclaimed and slammed buttons down.
