Summary: Amy only has one piece of candy left, and Amy and Liz need to find out how to split it. Takes place in the middle of season 2.

Candy

Liz was so hungry. She had already eaten lunch, but she didn't eat all of it. The reason for that was that the guy who made her hot dog put relish on it. And that made her hungry.

It was by mere chance that she found Amy outside the Satomi building, reaching into her pocket.

"Hey Amy, whatcha doing?" Liz asked her.

"Going to eat some caramels that I bought at the store yesterday." Amy replied. "Why are you so interested?"

"Umm…" Liz muttered. As if on cue, her stomach growled. Amy chuckled.

"If you want some, you can have some." Amy said. Liz smiled. Amy reached into her pocket, pulled out the bag, and immediately frowned. "Oh…There's only one left." Amy said, frowning sadly at the lone caramel.

"Oh…That's ok Amy." Liz said. "You can have it. I'm on a diet anyway." Liz said as she began to turn around and walk away. Amy pondered over the lone caramel for a moment, the snapped her fingers.

"I've got it!" She said. Liz turned around at this. "Just follow my lead."

"…Ok." Liz replied as she walked back towards Amy. Amy walked close to Liz, and put half of the caramel into her own mouth, so that the other half was sticking out. Liz put her mouth on the other end. Amy's lips felt so...nice.

Wait. Why was she thinking that? Amy was just a friend, a teammate. Nothing more. Or was she?

"…Liz." Amy muttered through the caramel that she was now biting on, breaking Liz's thoughts. Liz followed, then they both pulled their heads back, splitting the piece of candy into 2 pieces. Liz chewed on the caramel, loving the taste of it. But nothing was as good as the taste of Amy's lips.

…Amy's lips? She liked them. Eh. Liz would think it out later.

"Amy..?" Liz asked, eating the caramel.

"Yeah?" Amy replied.

"…Thanks." Liz said, as she slowly walked away, whishing she could taste Amy's lips one more time…with a hint of caramel in-between.
