(Episode 7)

Summary: "Optimus Prime and Arcee venture out into the Arctic to find clues on the pod's origin. While they are out, the other Autobots discover that the pod contains a large swarm of Scraplets, a vicious and highly dangerous form of Cybertronian wildlife that eats metal. The Scraplets infest the Autobot base, devouring any metal in sight and damaging the Ground Bridge, leaving Optimus and Arcee stranded and dying in the Arctic..."

The Awaken Hearts (poem)

Optimus: I see the snow
Arcee: my body is cold
Optimus: my motion is slow
Arcee: Yet your voice kept me bold
Optimus: I must get back to the base
Arcee: Your touch kept me moving in grace
Optimus: I must find out what is wrong with the others
Arcee: Is this how it will all end will the snow be my cover
Optimus: I must get her to safety at all costs
Arcee: How can you be so strong all hope is lost
Optimus: I must keep moving for her sake
Arcee: at least... if we die... it be to you I wake

(Episode 13)

Summary: "While exploring the wreckage of a crashed Autobot spaceship in a desert, Optimus Prime becomes infected with Cybonic Plague, a deadly virus that leaves him in a critical condition. Arcee and Bumblebee sneak on to the Nemesis in order to find a cure for the virus, where they find Magnus or Megatron"

The Anger and Plea (poem)

Arcee: I must battle for all of them!
Arcee: we won't win on a shimmer whim!
Optimus: The pain I feel is so great..
Optimus: I believe I'm already at the gate..
Arcee: (sorrow) I MUST CHARGE FOR OPTIMUS!
Arcee: (anger) AND IF I MUST I WILL KILL MAGNUS!
Optimus: This is my final hope and plea
Optimus: (softly) Please...just protect my Arcee...

(Episode 27)

Summary:"Optimus Prime loses all memory of being a Prime after using the Matrix of Leadership to send Unicron back into stasis. Megatron takes advantage of this and takes "Orion"(Optimus's name before becoming a Prime) on to the Nemesis, Arcee goes after him on to the Nemesis"

The Lost Question (poem)

Optimus:What a confounding mission
Arcee:Drive drive
Optimus:I feel like I am in a vision
Arcee:Faster now dive
Optimus:I hear tires squeaking on the tile floor
Arcee:I knows he's here
Optimus:Bots are still running and opening doors
Arcee: Cons... I won't fear
Optimus:I must see
Arcee:It cannot be
Optimus:Please don't flee
Arcee:Just wait for me
Optimus: Who are you Arcee

(Predacons Rising)
"In the aftermath, Optimus reveals to the Autobots that he emptied the AllSpark into the Matrix within him, but can no longer be separated from either, requiring him to sacrifice himself to completely restore Cybertron. The Autobots try to dissuade him, but Optimus states that the Matrix cannot be restored again, and the age of Primes is over, but recognizes each Autobot as a Prime in their own right before taking off into the core as the Autobots watch."
