DM Three Sisters Gruff
One day not long after the big El Macho battle with turning a lot of evil purple minions back into normal little yellow minions and having to rescue Lucy from dying in a volcano explosion, Gru had nearly been part of it, but managed to save himself and Lucy. But then Gru told Dr Nefario, Margo, Edith and Agnes that the big purple and hairy El Macho was still out there somewhere.
However Gru had other things on his mind and that was dates with Lucy! Next day however when the girls were playing in the woods by the river near to where they lived and they were about to be surprised.
Agnes started to walk over the bridge that crossed over the river, but as she did so, she heard a strange loud growling noise from underneath. ''Who's that tip tapping over my bridge?'' shouted a voice startling Agnes. ''Get off my bridge'' the growing voice continued to shout loudly, ''or I'll gobble you up''.
Agnes quickly ran away. That night, she and her sisters told Gru what had happened. ''Hmm, interesting'' Gru said thoughtfully ''Let me know if dis happens again girls won't you?''. All three of them nodded quickly. ''What if it's a troll?'' Agnes asked instantly, ''I've heard trolls live under bridges. We've read the three billy goats gruff!''.
''I don't think so Agnes'' replied Gru, but he wasn't so sure himself. The next day, Margo, Edith and Agnes went back to the woods to check the mysteries bridge monster and this time Edith had a go at investigating. ''Who's that tip tapping over my bridge?'' came the growling voice again ''get off or I'll gobble you up!''.
''No you won't!'' Edith said bravely ''I've got an older sister who's much bigger and tastier than me''. There was a moment of silence before a snarling monstrous voice said ''Very well. But don't let me hear you around here again''. Edith didn't need to be told twice.
When Gru heard what had happened that evening he said, ''Right dat's eet, eet's time for further action''. ''Please can I borrow the shrink ray and the freeze ray?'' Margo asked ''I've got a plan''. ''Very well den Margo'' Gru replied ''If you can sort dis out once and for all, you'll be a gallant girl''.
Next morning, the girls were back at the same bridge once again. Edith and Agnes watched as Margo headed towards the bridge with the shrink ray and the freeze ray. But she didn't go across, instead she bravely made her way down the river bank making her two little sisters hold their breath and with that, Margo gave a good blast with the freeze ray and then she did the same with the shrink ray.
Margo stepped under the bridge on the sandbank edge and pickled up something now very small and familiarly purple! ''El Macho!'' she gasped, ''Edith! Agnes! Come quick, it's El Macho, he was lodging under the bridge all the time, maybe he's read the three billy goats gruff too!''.
Gru was amazed when he saw the tiny purple El Macho. ''Well done Margo'' he said happily. ''Now we can get him arrested and behind strong bars'', and so that's what they did. But now Gru had something else to tell his daughters and it sounded important.
''You know dat Lucy and I have dated 147 times'' he said, ''Well now we've decided to marry. You girls are going to have a mom!''. ''Yes!'' thought Agnes who was the happiest of the girls. Much happier than her big sisters.
