Goku came back into the inn that day, and Sanzo's eyes immediately caught the brilliant red mark on his neck. His eyes narrowed, and he called out. "Oy, monkey...what the hell is that on the side of your neck?"
"Huh? What do you mean?" he asked, his fingers reaching up to touch the mark.
Sanzo's eyes narrowed, but just as he went to say something the door opened and caught his attention. "Well, Mr Sanzo...isn't this just a lovely day? How are you doing today, Mr Goku?" Hazel asked, entering with a flourish. He gave Goku a saucy wink that was not lost on the monk. The most disgusting part was that Goku's cheeks tinged a bit and he gave the man a smile.
It took everything Sanzo had not to pull his gun out and shoot the fucker right between the eyes.
