Hello, people, this is my very first fanfiction. :P Idk if it turned out any good, but a few reviews would be nice. I'm not sure if i plan on continuing this or leaving it as a 1shot...tell me what you think i should do in reviews!!

It was Gabriella's first date with Troy. Her friends Taylor and Kelsi came to help her be ready.

"OMG so this is your first official date with Troy Bolton" squealed Taylor "Wow. Score like 200!"

Gabriella blushed. "thanks," she whispered "this is like so exiting!" she couldn't help grinning. "Like really!"

"you are the luckiest girl in the world, Gabi," Kelsi sighed, happy for her friend. "Jason didn't ask me until the first school dance."

"And you got asked out by Troy and it's only you're second week at east high," said Taylor as she did her friend's hair. "So, where are you going?"

Gabriella blushed again. Just the conversation about Troy made her turn red. "it's a surprise," she said. "he wouldn't tell me anything about it! Every time I tried to ask him something he changed the subject and said like 'did you get the history homework?'"

Kelsi giggled. "well, now you get to find out!"

Gabriella smiled dreamily. "Yeah…"

Soon she had to leave, cuz Troy was there. "hey," he said to her. "are you ready?"

Gabriella nodded shyly.

They went to really nice restaurant Gabriella had never been to before, but she could tell it was fancy since Troy told the reservation person they were booked for 7:30. It was a very beautiful place. They told each other a lot about themselves, and by the time they had finished eating, Gabriella knew a lot more about him and she knew she liked him. (She found it quite interesting that Troy had been playing basketball since he was 3 and he loved celery.) When they were ready to wring out, Gabriella reached for her purse, but Troy stopped her. "On me," he smiled, taking out his wallit.

When troy's car pulled up in front of her house, Gabriella thanked him for a fabulous evening. "I had a lot fun," she said, not as shy with him this time. "Thank you so much, Troy." She then realized that he was leaning towards her. Getting closer. Soon she found herself pressing her glossy, slightly smudged lips against his. He was so sweet to her, she thought, and she had never known that he was so romantic. When they pulled away, Gabriella was glad to see his adorable smile looking back at her. "Good night, Gabriella," he said. She smiled, waved, and went into the house.

She was so excited to have so much to tell Taylor and Kelsi!
