"Ah, so you did decide to come in for couples counseling," said Dr. Penzance. "Please, gentlemen, have a seat."

They did. Dean spoke first. "You know we're not gay, right? We're not partners, we're not lovers—"

"We share a profound bond."

"Shut up, Cas!"

Dr. Penzance leaned forward. "The two of you have not agreed on your relationship. Dean, you say you feel smothered by Castiel's attention—"

"You do?" Cas was perturbed.

"Castiel, you feel that Dean only wants you when he needs you?"

"That is a satisfactory description."

"Let us start with your sex life—"
