SPOILERS: If you have not seen "the name of the doctor," this trock (time lord rock) contains elements vital to that story line. So, if you do not live in the UK, don't have access to the DVD, or had access to it online but it was shut down do to a copyright infringement, then this is a basic summary of the important stuff.
