As the boss of one of the most influential mafia famiglias of the world, the brunette received many presents the day of his Inheritance. Those from people who just wanted to be in the good graces of the Vongola; those we wanted to prove their economic power; those who wanted to form a treaty and a few from the people who were really close to him.
His guardians, his 'brother', his friends from middle school and high school. But among the many boxes of different sizes, there was a gift that stood above the rest.
A card.
Decimo clutched that card in his hand, reading it over and over again even though he already knew each character by heart; anywhere, no matter what, he would always remember them. The distant times of that day in grade school came to him once again, the day in which he got lost during a school trip to Tokyo and three children helped him to find his way back. He had been crying, and they had shown him something, that it was alright to be different.
He had seen then in the newspaper every now and then; it had been an impulse that made him support that tournament economically after he began to take more and more of his duties as a Vongola, and that made him go that afternoon to see them.
He didn't know how had they been able to contact him, after all that time. He had a feeling it had something to do with his tutor; even so, he didn't regret it.
Everyone had had hard times, and times in which it seemed as if they wouldn't be able to keep going. Times in wich they thought that they were all alone, but they weren't; and they would continue following their dreams and their destiny forever. Looking at the sky on the other side of the great window, he left the card in the table before resuming his duties as Decimo.
Would you like to know their story?
Chihaya buru- Start!
Short and vague, I know, please don't beat me. This story will most likely be little disconnected chapters about events on both mangas. And I don't know when I'm going to update, but... well, we'll see. Thanks for reading!
Next chapter: The day they met, it was snowing.
