If any of you are wondering about my other story, Life of the Uchiha's and Uzumaki's, just check my profile. I hope you'll like my new work as well. I'm thinking of doing many more stories now :D
Disclaimer - I, along with my readers out there, could only wish that Naruto belonged to us. I know if I owned it, Sasunaru would be a lot more cannon than it already is ;)
Summary - Naruto Uzumaki needed an escape from his reality. That mirror was his escape. And along with it, he met Sasuke. Coincidently, he needed his own escape. SaiNaru, Main SasuNaru
Prologue
Hate is a strong word.
People hear that a lot, don't they? While the word hate is much more commonly used than other words such as dislike or loathe when expressing one's feelings towards another, only some saying the word really mean it. Only some know the true meaning. What it really feels like to hate a person. Hatred can change a person. It can bring out the worst. Although, there are many things that can bring out the worst in a person.
Fame. Fortune. Greed. Envy. Desperation. Vengeance. Love. Hatred.
There is a teen the age of seventeen. Blonde hair that resembles the sun on a hot, summer day. Vibrant, expressive blue eyes filled with endless oceans of emotion. Perfectly tanned skin covers a tall, yet short compared to most boys his age, and toned body. Six unexplained, whisker-like scars mar that tan face. Three on each cheek.
He resides in Konoha, a small town filled with many familiar faces to the boy. Some of which are more familiar than others. Some of which the boy wished he didn't see every day. Names he wished he could just forget.
He wasn't the most liked boy. He definitely wasn't the most popular. In fact, if you were to ask a classmate or even a teacher of his, they would tell you who he was. Nobody. What he was. Garbage.
The boy didn't know what he had done to deserve such torment and hate. Was it because he was a lonely, unwanted orphan? Was he so different from everyone that they felt he didn't belong? Was he just the unlucky person that everyone decided to pick on for laughs? Even so, did he deserve it? Did he really deserve to come home each day with a new set of bruises and fresh tears rolling down his scarred cheeks? The boy didn't want to think he was as ugly, weak, annoying, pathetic, undesirable, and hated as they all said he was.
He didn't want to believe it.
But when you are told something constantly, one might just begin to believe it as well.
And he did believe it.
Yet, through it all…All the pain and suffering…
He never hated any of them. That might sound stupid. It might sound crazy. But, it wasn't like hating them was going to make his life any better. He just couldn't bring himself to hate another person, no matter the circumstances. He felt that everyone had a good side and that someday, the good side will shine through. He didn't want his hatred to change who he is.
The boy just wanted to find happiness. No matter the cost.
That boy is me. Naruto Uzumaki.
New story! Be happy for me XD
