Author's note: Written to see if there is a correlation between posting fanfic and snow days. If you hit Control, Alt and the down key on a windows based computer, the display will flip upside down. I learned this when my cat did it inadvertantly and i had to ask a friend how to fix it. (Ctrl-Alt-Up Arrow). The side arrows flip the display 90 degrees.

Roger stepped off the elevator in the large office complex and looked around furtively. "Coast is clear, Mark. He's not here."

Mark quickly made his way down the short hallway to the fancy glass-walled corner office. "This'll teach him. I can't believe that jerk, inviting us to dinner at the Life then standing us up."

"He did send word that Muffy had an emergency," Roger pointed out.

Mark scoffed. "Knowing Muffy, she probably called Benny home to ask his opinion on her socks, or a hat, or something equally inane." He turned the knob on the office door. "Good. It's open. Collins taught me how to pick a lock with a credit card, but I'm kind of rusty. He headed immediately for the fancy laptop on the desk.

It only took a moment for Mark to guess Benny's password and get into the system. "Roger, what was that code Collins said to use?"

"Control, alt, and one of the arrows, not the up one, though," replied Roger. "You better hurry. He could come back any minute."

"I'm done. Let's get out of here before someone notices us."

A few days later Mark hung up the phone and threw the keys out the window.

"Who's coming up?" asked Roger.

"You know that student Collins told us about? The one who fixes old computers?" Roger nodded. "That was him. He's coming up to give us a referral fee."

"Why? Not that I mind the money, but what did we do?"

"Benny panicked and forgot everything he learned about computers and called this guy when he saw the display was upside down. Since he needed the computer right away, Jackson had to charge him a two hundred dollar emergency fee, plus three hours labour. Pretty big profit for something that could be fixed by pressing three buttons."
