What if Ddraig and Albion were both female and were twin sisters. A mysterious figure observes their various rivalry and clashes, and get tired of their petty squabbles, so he decides to release them from their sacred gears Boosted Gear and Divine Dividing respectively. The catch? There are 3 conditions to keep.
1) They will be locked into a humanoid form with their powers partly sealed within their Sacred Gears
2) No fighting with one another violently like in the Great War
3) Keep their respective hosts Issei and Vali alive

Issei will not join Rias's peerage
Issei and Vali are rivals
When Ddriag and Albion try to fight each other, they revert to loli form with their powers completely sealed for 3 hours.
Ddraig and Albion will try to trick each other into attacking the other, so they can make fun of the other's loli form
Lemons are completely allowed
