Hello, it is I Mechtavius here with the first ever Yugioh Arc V x Date a live crossover. This is my first story so go easy on me.

In a house in Tengu city, lives a young man now at the age of 16 with a tomato head hair living a normal life. This young man is Yuya Sakaki the world's greatest duel-tainer after beating Reiji Akaba his rival. After his victory, Yuya has decided on moving on and living a normal life elsewhere until he has the chance to spread his entertainment of dueling to the world but within him lies his inner demon. The evil within that has destructible power of destroying dimensions and awakening Zarc the original supremeking dragon.

Right now he's walking to his new school with his little sister kotori.

" Alright kotori, I'll meet you at this nice restaurant." he says.

" I can get a deluxe meal big brother and good luck with your first day!" she exclaimed and runs off to her school.

" She's so cute, having a little sister around."

While walking many thoughts rush into his head about his new school, wondering if the students there will recognize him. Only one way to find out as he enters his new school.

Students around him start whispering to one another of how the great Yuya sakaki has come to their school. Yuya's mind grows nervous as he continues walking to his classroom that he's assigned to while a silver-haired girl watches him from behind.

As he got to class he felt a hand on his left shoulder and sees a guy with excitment in his face.

" No way are you Yuya sakaki, the duel-tainer that defeated Reiji Akaba?" says the man.

" Um yeah that's me, its nice to meet you and uhhhh who are you?"

" I'm Tonomachi Its a fucking honor to meet you!" he shouts while jumping in the air excited as students in the class look their way.

" Dude lets chill, its a pleasure to meet you too."

"Can I see your odd eyes deck they're rad and can we trade too?"

"Thanks my odd eyes are my soul/partner and maybe some other time will trade."

As Tonomachi is satisfied with the response and walks to his seat, Yuya feels that he'll make new friends until the same white-haired girl stares at him from her desk.

" Uh can I help you?" he asks with a nervous look.

" Sakaki Yuya." she said with a monotone voice.

" Um have we met before?"

" You don't remember do you?" she asks in same tone and went to take her seat.

Awkward way to meet someone as class has begun and Yuya paying attention for his first day.

After class was done, Yuya began to take off until an alarm went off and people start running off to the shelters. With a worried look he follows the crowd of people wondering what's happening. He was almost to the shelters until he remembered about meeting kotori at the restaurant.

Millions of thoughts rushed in his head about her safety and wasn't so sure. He didn't want to lose her since she's what helps make Yuya's day better and a family member. He runs back out with a phone in his hand ro find kotori's location and sees that shes at the restaurant entrance.

After arriving at the restaurant he then suddenly felt a strong presence through his soul, looking around while being cautious.

" Dammit if only I had my duel disk I could protect myself from whatever is going to happen."

While searching for kotori an explosion happened and a second later is consumed by darkness.
