LITTLE HOUSE ANOTHER TIME WITH THE GARVEY'S
This time has been shortly right after Alice Garvey died. Andy and Jonathan are still living in the farmhouse .It is 1A.M. in the morning. Andy thought. "Oh, pa is every thing O.K.? "Andy asked. "Oh yes son it is." Jonathan replied. " Shouldn't you be in bed right now?" Jonathan asked. " Yes but." Andy replied. " No buts, you have school in the morning Andrew." Jonathan said. " I know pa, I just heard you coming out of your room and it woke me up." Andy replied." I couldn't sleep any more son so I thought that I'd get up and fix myself some coffee Andrew." Jonathan said. So they sat around at the supper table for a bit, just thinking. "It's ma." Andy asked. " Yes Andy it is." "I miss her to much right now son." Jonathan replied. " It gets lonely with out her son." Jonathan said. "Oh why did this have to be, why?" Jonathan asked. " I don't know." Andy replied. "Every thing will be ok pa- oh your coffee is ready so I'll get it for you." It takes so much time at the sawmill with Charles Ingal's son." "I don't have much time at home to work the fields and clean up inside the house." Andy is thinking now. "Oh pa, I'll help a lot more." "Oh I know you will son but it helped a lot more when your ma was alive back then. " I'm telling you that you can't do it all by your self son after school." "There just isn't much time remaining with in the day to do it all Andy." " I'm bushed at the end of the day." " I know I told Charles years ago that I never planned on ever moving us back again son after living in Wincola.. So they thought on it for a while and then Andy popped out the question." "Now what you're telling me pa is we might have to move again? " " Yes I'm afraid so son." " Where will we be moving to pa?" " I think it might be Sleepy Eye son." "Why there pa?" "Because Charles and I have been out there many times before son." " You will like it out there I promise you Andy, you really will." Andy wasn't sure he ever would, not being around the Ingal's. But the time came and Andy said by to Laura, Carrie and Albert right after Charles helped Jonathan clean out the house. So they went on their way to another home. The End
