A/N: This poem wasn't written thinking about Harry Potter, but it really fits quite well.

But first, announcing, the winner's of the Mandy Challenge from 1-7.
The requirements:
-Someone has to say, "I'm NOT a clock!"
-Someone must say: "Z'yanta parah" which is Hebrew for "He f*cked a cow" :)
-there must be someone with a prosthesis (which is a fake limb...I only say
this cuz that's what my history fair project is about.)
-a crazy bludger must be present
-someone must believe that they are a talk show host. buuut...they can't be
actually AT a talk show.
-someone must say "I love Voldemort" BUT--they can't be a death eater, death
eater sympathizer, AND it can't be sarcastic! (I know that IS hard...)
-Hermione has to wear a Metallica shirt. Heh.
-it has to be funny. At least semi-funny!! :)

And the winners are:
1st place...Juliette for The Weasley's and the Devil's Child
2nd place...Tinkerbell for A Night at the 3 Broomsticks
3rd place...Greencat for Hermione and the disgruntled Pocket Watch
A Note: 2nd and 3rd were extremely close! :)
Okay, I know, the A/N is now much longer than the fic. Oh well. Bite me.

****
More frightening than a wolf with its razor teeth gleaming in the moonlight.
More mystifying than an age old unsolved murder.
Is the burning Hate inside
Which escapes its rickety old cage
And unleashes its awful power unto the earth.
Once Hate escapes, no one is safe
From its crafty ways and evil thoughts.
You must keep the clawing monster inside its cage
Where it cannot attack and feast on innocent prey.
Lock it in with a key that glows.
Of hope and love.
Of peace and joy.
Take the key and keep it with you
Forever.
Forever.

A/N: The fight between dark and light? Harry is the key? Maybe? Sigh. I am so good. LOL. J/K! :) Anyway, my computer is OBVIOUSLY up and running again.
