A/N:I own no part of Fairy Tail and sorry if some characters are OOC, this is my first FF. Enjoy~ Big blue orbs looked upon the black colored eyes of a certain pink haired dragon slayer. Black strands of hair were softly combed by the dragon slayer and the tiny three year old charge he held in his arms smiled innocently at him, dimples fairly visible on both ends of the little toddler's lips. Natsu smiled warmly at the tiny blackette in his arms as small hands played with his wavy, pink hair. "I'm sorry I couldn't protect you before, if I had then you wouldn't be like this Gray...but this time I swear to never let anyone hurt you..." Upon hearing his name, Gray's baby blue eyes stared happily at his friend before his small hand lightly caressed the scar that remained on Natsu's neck. "Don't worry about it. It wasn't your fault...exactly..." Natsu was quite fond of children, but the small, fragile, 3 year-old ice mage was an different. Natsu wasn't fond of little Gray he felt stonger than 'fond' for Gray, little Gray. Not to mention the change in age for the ice mage was entirely Natsu's fault, he had been reckless. He and Gray are some of the most skilled and strongest elemental mages in all of Magnolia; however, the battle against a certain foe had left Gray under a curse before the menacing mage burned into oblivion. Kevlen had cursed the young mage, changing the 19 year-old Ice mage into a 3 year-old toddler before being burned by Natsu's dragonslayer magic. "I'll find a way to change you back, Gray." The little child in Natsu's arms gazed at him with such innocence it could melt anyone's cold heart. This tiny Gray was oblivious as to what Natsu had meant, the gaze was so innocent and pure, it made the older mage's heart ache. This little Gray had not yet seen the horrors of what lay ahead of him in the future. He had not yet known the pain of losing his family and his secondary family to a wretched demon. He looked down into Gray's large blue orbs once again only to see, innocence, purity, and vulnerability reflected in those beautiful hues. Gray brushed a few strands of silky black hair behind Gray's ear causing the little mage to blush at the action. He kept still when Gray's tiny fingers interlaced in his hair, brushing lightly against his skin. It was time. Time to head back to Fairy Tail and confess what he had done. Hopefully he wouldn't be killed by an angered Erza, but he did kinda deserved it nonetheless. -\(O~O)/- Back at the guild, Team Natsu and some of the other guild members were fuming. "Where the heck are they? They were due back from their mission hours ago!" Erza yelled in a frustrating fashion. "They could've have been delayed or Natsu didn't want to ride the train so they might be walking here and should be here at any moment." Lucy tried to reason. This had been going on for hours now. Erza stating the obvious and complaining non-stop while Lucy tried to calm down the red-headed mage. "This is not like them to be-" suddenly the guild doors opened and there the guild members had theirs eyes trained on the pinked heired mage and the small bundle in his arms. "Natsu you're back, where's Gray and-" something broke Erza's line a speech. What may have done so? A certain toddler who greatly resembled Gray was in Natsu's arms. "Is that...Gray?" Lucy asked. "I really screwed up this time didn't I? *chuckle* And yes this is Gray..." Natsu calmly waited for angered comments to bestow on him before he heard something that had suprised him.
