On the corner of rosebush street there's a boy, a lost boy and he has been for awhile. He sits at the pub day in day out drinking his life away, hoping to forget his past, and trying to drown away his troubles. He was a beautiful boy with blond hair and the brightest of blue eyes, he was adored by women yet he only had one on his mind but she left and betrayed him. His eyes are now stained red from his restless nights of sleep. His nightmares are filled with her betrayal. He has nothing now; no family as they died in an ancient when he was only young and he lived with his grandmother who passed away a few years back and then the woman he thought he loved left him.
He thought his life was over really, seeing as everything he had has left, he has no one only the bar tender that sighs every time this young boy walks in.
On a raining afternoon this boy walked into the pub like usual after his day working at the gas station. He shook the few drops of water out of his hair and then went and sat over in his usual seat at the bar.
After a couple of hours sitting in the dusty little pub he saw a girl setting up a microphone on the small stage. This girl was so small yet she had quite a mature face, she had jet black hair that was sticking up all over the place, she was wearing a knee length black dress that fit perfectly on her fragile body. Her piercing green eyes wide with excitement. The boy was drawn to her, he couldn't take his eyes off her, and he thought she was so beautiful. She then started singing into the microphone, she had the most beautiful voice, the boy was amazed, and he thought she was far too good to be singing in a small run down pup like this.
He stayed watching her until she had finished all of her songs, still in shock of how amazing she was. He smiled the whole way through her songs, this boy hadn't smiled in ages but when he did it was so beautiful.
It was that moment when he realised he didn't want to live like this, that he wanted his life back, he decided he was going to go and talk to her, he finally felt he had a reason to live and it was all because of this one enchanting girl.
