I do not own Naruto. It belongs to Masashi Kishimoto and whoever else has any claims to it. Not me. The only thing I lay claim to is the idea behind Yōkai, Yūrei, and Kami Oh My! Plus any random OCs. I do not own Naruto or any of the characters that appear in it!
Offering to Inari
Sarutobi Hiruzen sighed as he read the report on his office desk. He could already feel a headache coming on as he pulled out two blank scrolls.
One to the Civilian Council about how Naruto was to be kept at the orphanage the same as any other child without parents. The other was to the local Inari Shrine apologizing to the Priestess about the incident that had happened.
There were people who refused to believe that Naruto was anything less than the Kyuubi no Kitsune incarnate. Then there was the opposite end of the spectrum where people refused to believe that anything less than the Divine could hold back the Kyuubi.
If only he could stop the latter group from trying to drop Naruto off at the Inari Shrine practically every other day to "Be Raised Properly As a Son of Inari".
It didn't help matters that the Priestess was a Great-Granddaughter of Inari who could be insulted by the action. It did help matters that she was highly amused by the situation and seemed to have taken a liking to Naruto.
He just hoped that this whole affair would blow over by the time Naruto started the Academy.
Hi! I haven't been active for a while and I apologize for that, but I've been really busy with schoolwork and the like. This is one of my new ideas that I decided to throw out there. I figure if the Narutoverse has all those cool jutsu named after Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi, etc. then it has to have some sort of supernatural/mythological beings living in it. I mean, we had an ALIEN Otsutsuki Kaguya!
