Spock look up from science station console on the bridge which he usually sat at , and saw both the chief medical officer Dr. McCoy and the Captain come onto the bridge together they walk up to Spock and McCoy start to look at him curiously the Captain start shaking his head ,'' Doesn't seem different McCoy.'' he said '' I don't know Captain his skin color is differen greener .'' Spock only raised his eyebrow and asked ,'' Is something wrong gentlemen ? '' He looked both at Kirk and McCoy and they only looked at each other concern expression on their faces . Spock told them if they'd got something to say say it . McCoy had then took a deep breath , look again at the Captain after clearing his throat .
'' You'd have a rare case of Vulcan desease Spock and because of your mix breeding .'' McCoy chose his word carefully as he saw the expression on the Vulcan's face '' But there is a cure Spock you must learn everything there is about what it would truly be being human , especially something with humurous tones to it .'' Spock looked at the Captain and he nodded '' Very well doctor , thankyou I must go and start my learning .'' Spock stood and left the bridge his head bow down as he was walking,he knew the doctor was pulling his leg so he went with the joke there'd was something he wanted too do anyway as he had already a film projector in his quarter and old Earth movies he found in the ship's library . Now was the logical time to watch them . Spock decided to make popcorn as well as for the next several hours he watch films of the Groucho Marks the Three Stooges and I Love Lucy .
Then as the Enterprise was ready to dock at Starbase Twenty-Four for shore leave , McCoy was on the bridge talking too the Captain as he's came back too see them but stepping onto the bridge the bridge crew started laughing as they'd saw Spock wearing a pair of Groucho Marx sunglasses .'' So am I cured , doctor ? '' he asked .
