Hanna's P.O.V
Today was Mona's funeral. I was a little depressed because I didn't want to go. I know I would cry when I got there. "Han you ready"? Caleb said as he walked in my room "Yeah just a second" I said as I lastly put blush on my face with my powder brush. Caleb walked over to me and put his hands on my shoulder and kissed the top of my head "If this is gonna be too hard on you, you don't have to go". "No I have to go. For Mona" I said while putting my lipstick on. Her favorite shade. I got up and just wrapped my arms around Caleb's neck. I really needed a hug "You ok?" He said rubbing my cheek "Ya I just really needed a hug". He smiled and hugged me again, a little tighter. "You sure?" "Yeah I have to go" I said grabbing my purse. He rubbed my back and we walked out of my room. The whole car ride was silent until we got to the church. The church was set up with a picture of Mona outside and people gathered near it. Caleb and I went inside and grabbed a louwua Mrs. V was passing out because Mona is Hawaiian. When we walked we sat down with the girls and everyone else was there Ezra, Toby, Paige, Mike, and Ella. "Hey Hanna" Arian said while scooting over "Hi Caleb" she said as we sat down "Hey Aria" he said as he sat down. I saw him mouth something to Aria but I couldn't catch what it was. Caleb grabbed my hand and held it in both of his hands. It was comforting because he was right I wasn't sure if I could handle being here. There was an open casket because they found Mona's body in an abandon building in New York. They same place we met Ali. A definitely put her there. "Today we are all gathered here for the mourning of Mona Vanderwall" The preacher kept talking but I spaced out. I couldn't listen to this. She was my childhood best friend. I must have been crying because Caleb started wiping my face and Aria grabbed my other hand and squeezed it. "You Ok"? Caleb whispered to me as he kissed my cheek. The preacher said if anyone wants to go up to see her we can. I decided to go up. As I got up there I took out a bracelet out of my purse and put it on Mona. She gave me that bracelet for my birthday and it felt right for Mona to have it. "Han" Spencer called "I'll be right back" I said and left Caleb. We walked out of the church and Alison and Mrs. V talking . Then all of a sudden Mrs.V slapped Ali. "What the hell is going on" Emily said confused. " I think we are not the only ones whole think Ali killed Mona" I said as Caleb, Ezra , Toby and Paige came walking down the stairs.
