A/N: So I wanted to play off the scene where Jamie runs into Linda in that weapons supply shop. I thought that if he was shopping for himself why not make him shop for his pretty partner too. Linda was just leaving the shop and it was Jamie's turn to be served. He was just about to tell the guy behind the counter what he needed when his phone went off. He didn't even have to check the caller i.d. to know it was Eddie. A while ago they found out they both liked this one certain song. So they decided to have matching ring tones for each other.
Jamie excused himself for a minute and answered his phone.
"Hey partner! How's it going?" He said in a joking tone. He listened as Eddie laughed into the phone. He loved her laugh.
"Nothing much. I was just wondering where you were," Eddie replied.
"Well, actually Eddie, I am at the weapons supply shop, buying bullets for my service weapon." Jamie said.
"Oh really! Man you have good timing. I happen to need some bullets myself but with how busy I was these last two days I haven't been able to buy any. Would you buy me some Jamie? I can pay you back later," Eddie replied.
"Sure I can and I know what kind you need already, so don't worry about it. Is there anything else you need partner?" Jamie asked.
"Well, now that you mention it, I called to ask my handsome partner out to lunch. Are you available?" Eddie replied.
"Yeah. Where do I meet you?" Jamie asked.
"That Japanese food truck near the precinct we love so much. Meet you there in about say 20 minutes." Eddie replied.
"Sure. See you then, Eddie. Bye," Jamie said into the phone. "Bye Jamie." Eddie replied. Jamie hung up his phone and pocketed it.
He then went back to the counter to buy his and Eddie's bullets.
"I was wondering if I could get two cartons of bullets?" Jamie asked the clerk.
The clerk replied with "Sure. What kind of bullets do you need?" Jamie went on to describe the two types of bullets he needed for his and Eddie's guns. The man found Jamie's bullets right away but had to look around back to find the bullets Eddie needed. After he found them Jamie paid and then left the store to meet Eddie for lunch.
